Job Description

Resource Core Expertise:

 SAP S/4HANA HCM H4S4

 SAP S/4HANA HCM Time Management

 SAP S/4HANA HCM Personnel Management (Administration)

 SAP S/4HANA Payroll / Integration with 3rd Party Payroll Systems

 Integration with SAP Cross Application Time Sheet(CATS)

 Integration of SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA HCM

Resource should be expert in

 Designing and Configuring standard SAP S/4HANA HCM components as per business requirements

 HR/Personnel Master data set up for Full time/Part Time/Hourly Employees

 Time Management set up – Shifts, Absence, Overtime, Work Schedule, Time Events, Time Evaluation & others

 Time Recording of actual work hours: Clock In/Clock Out without external devices. Familiarity with SAP provided UI’s for

time recording

 Infotypes for Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll and other HCM areas

 Integration of CATS to book time for Projects, Services, Internal Orders & others

 Set up interfaces with 3rd Party Payroll systems. Coordinate with 3rd Payroll system experts, Define interface requirements

and develop functional design

 Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with SAP S/4HANA HCM

 Integration knowledge of SAP HR with PP, PS, CS, PM, MM-Service modules

 Providing out of box SAP solutions unless there is need for non-standard solution to meet business requirements

 Driving design discussions and Develop Functional Specifications for custom developments

 Perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT & training to business users/stakeholders

 Delivering Industry Best Practice solutions in SAP S/4HANA HCM

 Rolling out SAP Fiori UI apps in SAP S/4HANA HCM, specifically Time Recording/CATS UI’s

 Enabling SAP S/4HANA HCM H4S4 business function & familiarity with the functionality offered by this business function.

 Understanding and transforming the given conceptual design into reality. Open to share creative ideas to improvise the

design and minimize the complexity
